Skank Karrika is a radio broadcast dedicated to Reggae music. Created in February 2004 by Paco and Nico. JB, from Equal Brothers joined them in October 2004.The session takes place every Tuesday at 10h PM on Gure Irratia radio station.
Selections are mainly roots and jamaicans, from the 70's to some actual vibes, with large part of UK sounds. Radio studio has received lot's of guests from Basque Country as well as singers like Humble I and Ras Daniel Ray. Turntables and studio is open to every Reggae Music Lover who wants to spread and share his passion on the air!
Skank Karrika's aims is also to gather and announce Reggae music events all over the Basque Country.
